- Extra virgin olive oil of Lombardy Lakes – Sebino is produced between Bergamo and Brescia, near the Lake Iseo (Sebino is the latin name for Iseo).
- Extra virgin olive oil of Lombardy Lakes – Lario is produced between Como and Lecco, near Lake Como.
It is thought that in these areas olive trees farming started in the Roman age and continued to the present.

This area is characterised by hills in the South and mountains in the North. Due to the Lake Garda the land is rich and fertile. In addition, as it happens in the lands where Extra virgin olive oil of Lombardy Lakes is produced, Garda Lake create a mid mediterranean environment, which enables oil trees to grow.
- Colour:A mix between green and yellow.
- Perfume: Its fruity perfume may vary from delicate to slightly stronger.
- Taste: When you try it, you will notice a gentle flavour with almond aftertaste. This is well balanced with hay, fresh grass and artichoke flavours which make this oil slightly bitter.
