Sautéed chards
Ingredients – 4 serves
- 700g chards
- 40g butter
- Pepper q.s.
- Salt q.s.
- Grated Grana Padano
You could also use spinach, chicory or dandelion instead of chards.
How to cook sautéed chards
- Put some salted water in a big pot and bring it to the boil. Let the chards boil for 5
minutes and then drain them. - Let the butter melt in a pan and then add the chards in it.
- Add the grated Grana Padano cheese and keep mixing.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve it.
