Grappa made from fresh pomace of Franciacorta Pinot Noir grapes, soft pressed, destemmed, and left to ferment under acidity, oxygen and temperature controls. Distilled in the traditional Franciacorta way using small copper boilers with a measured and judicious use of steam, our brandy preserves the aromas and the clarity of its natural ingredients.
