Natural product.
Ideal for risotto. It holds up very well cooking for large quantities. Cooking time: 18th minutes, stir with fire off for another 5 minutes, then add more broth, a knob of butter, grated Parmesan cheese.
For a kilo of rice Carnaroli of Scanna is suggested to use savory broth, at least 2.2 liters.
