White asparagus pesto
Ingredients
- White asparagus paste
- 40g Grana Padano cheese
- 20g pine nuts
- Marjoram leaves q.s.
Directions
- Blend asparagus paste, pine nuts and Parmigiano cheese with an immersion blender.
- Add fresh marjoram leaves to taste.
- You can use it as a sauce for any type of pasta. Top the dish with toasted pine nuts and top parts of asparagus.
