Ingredients 4 people
  • 500g veal mince
  • 300g spinach
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 200g grated cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • half a onion
  • 1 glass of white wine

Stuffing quantity can vary according to your taste.

Traditional method

  • Boil the spinach and slightly fry in a pan with a bit of olive oil, a garlic clove and grated cheese.
  • Hard boil an egg.
  • Combine the veal mince with breadcrumbs, grated cheese, 4 eggs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Pat the mixture into a rectangle, arrange the spinach and the egg on top, then roll to create the meatloaf.
  • Sear the meatloaf in a pan with a bit of olive oil and chopped onion. Add a glass of white wine and allow it to evaporate, then add a couple ladles of vegetable broth and simmer for about 1 hour.
  • Cut it into slices (about 1,5 cm thick) and serve with salad of your choice.
