  • Obtained from grapes Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, Merlot, Barbera and Nebbiolo is the Curtefranca Rosso proposed by Le Cantorie. It isn’t an elaborate wine, but it openly shows its origins; from a ruby red colour with pleasant and good persisting perfume inspiring under-wood scents up to a round taste with still young notes, enjoyable to drink. A daily classic, which combines well with first pasta dishes and red and white meats. Serve at 16 – 18 °C

  • Barbera, Marzemino, Incrocio Terzi and Schiava Gentile are the main vine species of this important red wine of Le Cantorie. Brilliant ruby red colour, winy and fruity under wood scent, typical; savoury, dry taste with a slight bitterish note at the end: these are the peculiar characteristics of “Rossogiulia”. Its D.O.C. “Cellatica Superiore” perfectly expresses itself in the bottle, so as it vigorously moves from the territory to the grapevine and at last to the bunch, which features in such a marked way the scents of this wine, as much austere as gentle. Offering unappealable combinations with meat dishes of the local traditions, it is an ideal match for typical cheeses. But, apart from culinary matching, let yourself be taken by the fantasy in those places where the scents exhaled from the earth’s force into the glass will lead you; there you will find harmonies of perfumes and sensations that will sing for you the history of our vineyards. Serve at 18°C
